Elvira holds a PhD degree in applications of Complex Adaptive Systems from the Swiss Institute of Technology Lausanne (EPFL).
As a systems thinker, Elvira is a certified Human Systems Dynamics Practitioner and a Co-founder of the Human Systems Dynamics Global Association (www.humansystemsdynamics.org).
She’s also Art of Hosting practitioner, and a Performance Coach certified by Performance Consultants International.

Coach & Agile Practitioner (since 2005) with 20yr+ experience in various software development organization roles (aeronautics, finance, insurance, industrial SME, telecom, administration, academia).
I value organizational learning, personal growth and embracing complexity to thrive in VUCA environments.
